What to Expect During Your First Visit

We will review any medical records relevant to your fertility issues before your first visit. We also suggest you obtain two semen analyses and blood tests for hormone levels that are essential to your fertility evaluation.

During your first visit, we will go through a detailed health history, including any medical problems, reproductive history, past surgeries, and sexual history. A physical examination will be performed, and in some cases, an ultrasound of the testicles and scrotum will be done in the office. Your doctor will review any findings and discuss a recommended path forward – proceeding straight to a treatment plan or recommending further investigation, such as additional imaging studies or genetic testing.
